About Us

The Alta Vista Neighborhood Association was started in 1993 and has remained one of the strongest in Waco. Our neighborhood stays among the lowest in crime many of thanks to the success of our Citizens On Patrol which continues to stay strong within the Alta Vista Neighborhood.

The Alta Vista Neighborhood Association is funded directly from membership. The National Night Out Against Crime is a yearly event in which we have won several times.
